We believe in strength training for adults of all ages and abilities. Strength training is essential to preserve a healthy lifestyle and high quality of life. At MOMENTUM we train to improve longevity through building muscle mass, joint and bone health, as well as balance and stability.  

Why should adults train?

Strength training is crucial for maintaining physical capabilities as we age. Strength training has been show to increase muscle mass, bone mineral density, and range of motion for adults to help you to do what you love for as long as possible. Our programs and coaching are personalized to meet you where you are.
